Boss you about and tell
you which pictures we want to take. This would be OK if we were paying
you for the privilege of taking the pictures - however, it's usually
the other way round so we are happy for you to tell us what pictures
you want taken.
Take forever - we've heard
horror stories of the photographer hijacking the wedding and taking
two hours plus to take the pictures. This is not the way we work. Provided
you've got a fairly good idea of the shots you want the whole process
shouldn't take more than an hour.
Stop other people from
taking pictures. Everyone has a camera nowadays and we can easily work
around the amateur paparazzi. We even offer to take group shots with
guests' cameras, if that means they will join in the group!
Anyway, back to the wedding.
The pictures at your chosen location will be taken quickly and efficiently,
usually by two photographers. All the shots you want will be taken,
plus a few that we know will look good.
We usually finish with
a posed cake cutting shot before leaving you to enjoy your lavish feast.
